Welcome to this February Leap Year Edition of our Newsletter. 📅29. February grants us an extra day this month, a rare occurrence every four years.
Fasten your seatbelts as Buddy's leaps into the month of love, the new lunar Year of the Dragon, and fabulous food and sports events.
First up, this Friday evening (9th) there’ll be a sizzling BBQ Feast at Buddy's Soi 89! 🍖🔥 Starting at 19:30, we’ll have our usual spread of grilled mains aand tasty sides that will leave you craving for more! But, don’t worry – it’s all you can eat for just 300 baht per person - a special price to celebrate Chinese New Year! 🍔🌽

Buddy's February Employee of the Month Khun Phitsamay Simlatsaty, affectionately known as Mai Mai, hails originally from Laos and proudly earns the title of Buddy's February Employee of the Month. Mai Mai has a remarkable background, including work on a drilling gas rig in Laos many years ago at a very young age; and later as a room cleaner employed by Pelican International Catering Services, the owner of the old Pelican Inn Guest House on Sukhumvit Soi 22. Having recently returned “home” to Buddy's Soi 20 as a Barmaid, Mai Mai’s hard work and resilience within the Buddy's Bar & Grill community is acknowledged and respected by both customers and her colleagues alike. Congratulations to Mai Mai for this well-deserved recognition!
