Monday April 1st was, of course, April Fool’s Day. We hope that you enjoyed our spoof about the seating in Buddy’s. The name of the “Nepalese Medical Advisor to the UN, Mr. Loof Lirpa” should have been a giveaway.

🌯🎉 On the first Thursday in April (the 4th), it’s National Burrito Day. We’re offering in all 5 Bars, a 50% discount on all Burrito Plates! That’s just 125 baht. You’re invited to sink your teeth into our hefty, handcrafted burritos stuffed with savory fillings and fresh ingredients, the perfect burrito to satisfy your appetite. 🌯🎉

🧀🥪 On Friday 12th, we’re calling all cheese lovers to help us celebrate Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day (all 5 Bars). You can enjoy the ultimate comfort food with our gooey, golden-brown grilled cheese sandwiches, oozing with delicious melted cheese - at a 50% discount, just 100 baht. Every bite is a toast to cheesy perfection!

Songkran welcomes the traditional Thai New Year and is celebrated in April. Many people know this annual festival for its fun and playful water fights but it is a celebration that is steeped in tradition and culture. Do you know….. *The symbolism behind the water festival is that the water washes away the bad luck of the outgoing year and provides a clean start for the year ahead. * Cleaning Buddha images is one of the most important Songkran traditions. * In some regions, it’s a tradition to paste a powder known as ‘din sor pong‘ on each other during Songkran as a way of wishing good luck. * The Thai concept of sanuk (having fun) is at the forefront of the Songkran celebrations. *Colourful Songkran shirts are a fashion essential! At Buddy’s Soi 89 (only), on Saturday April 13th, we’ll be serving FREE Hot Dogs and Bar snacks from 3pm to 6pm, to help give you the will to survive!

🍝 On Friday the 19th, you are invited to indulge in the taste of Italy with our sumptuous Italian Grand Buffet in Soi 8, from 7:30 pm! 🇮🇹🍕 You can feast on a spectacular array of dishes, from mouthwatering pasta to wood-fired pizzas, exquisite antipasti and delectable desserts. 🍝🍕🥖 🍰 All this, exceptional value, for just 300 baht per person, with red and white wines at only 100 baht a glass. ⭐ Buddy's April Employee of the Month ⭐ Khun Narumon Jaroenpong, affectionately known as Mam, is the epitome of professionalism as the Manager of our Silom Bar. She has rightfully earned the title of our April Employee of the Month. Mam oversees the largest of our 5 Bars, managing a team of ten employees. Her dedication and commitment to excellence have been evident since she joined the Buddy’s family in 2018.

Having worked in the Silom area of Bangkok for 20 years or more, Mam brings a wealth of experience to her role. Her deep understanding of the local scene and her passion for delivering exceptional service, make her an invaluable asset to our team.
